Itinerary

Our travel representative can receive you at Dehradun railway station or airport upon your arrival. We will offer you one complimentary night's stay at a hotel.

Day: 01- DEHRADUN- KHARSALI (Yamunotri):

Next morning, our travel representative will receive you from the hotel & proceed on a 6 km trek by palanquin. Our pilots and ground staff at the Sahastradhara helipad will brief passengers about the trip, flight information, and other required details. The flight will leave for Kharsali and you can proceed to Yamunotri temple after reaching there. The temple is situated at a distance of 5 km & you can go via palanquin. After offering your prayers and spending time in the temple, return to the Kharsali & spend your night there.

DAY: 02-KHARSALI - HARSIL

After landing in Harsil, our representative will help the guest to check in at the hotel. After breakfast, we will provide a taxi to cover a distance of 25 km from Harsil to Gangotri. Once you’ve offered your prayers there, return to Harsil by road. Enjoy Harsil in the evening and spend your night in the hotel.

DAY: 03- HARSIL - KEDAR

On day three, we will fly you to Phata helipad & from there you can proceed to Kedarnath via another chopper. It will take around 30 min from the Phata helipad & 15 min walking to reach Kedarnath temple. After offering prayers & spending some time in the divine blessing of God, you will fly to Guptkashi and spend the night there.

DAY: 04- KEDAR - BADRINATH

The next day, after breakfast, the chopper will be waiting for you to proceed to Badrinath. At Badrinath helipad, you can check into a hotel, freshen up, and visit the temple to offer prayers. After seeking the blessings, you can explore the Badrinath town in the evening. Take a rest by retiring to the hotel at night.

DAY: 05-BADRI- SAHASTRADHARA

Next morning at 4, be ready to join and witness the Maha Abhishek of Lord Badrinarayan, which happens to be a divinely sublime ritual. Enjoy your breakfast and fly back to Dehradun.

Guidelines For Passengers

• In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
• There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 2 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
• Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
• Passengers should carry only soft bags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
• In case the weight of the passengers is found on a higher side than the prescribed limit then extra charges would be applicable after an approval from our technical team.
• All temples in Do Dham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry woolen clothes, raincoat & regular medical kit with them.
• In case the journey is not finished within stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to complete it the next day. However, even if that is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sectors.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Children with the age of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.
• The booking will be con?rmed with 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost. This will be permitted only if applied 10 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days of the journey, then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be done subject to availability.
• From Guptkashi to Kedarnath, the passengers will be divided in different helicopters depending on the weight and balance of helicopter. The passengers will be requested to maintain the same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons.
• Passengers travelling together may not travel in the same helicopter flight during Guptkashi to Kedarnath. So, there will be a gap of duration between the helicopters.
• All ?ights are subject to total weight and balance of the helicopter. Pilgrimage Aviation reserves the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
• Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers directly. Also, the company will not be responsible for any change in the restaurants/hotel by the customer.
• Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary (in the form of newly added sightseeing destination) not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable on actual basis.

• All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc). These expenses will be borne by the customer.
