DAY 01: HARIDWAR – BARKOT/KARSALI (250 KM: 8 TO 9 HRS):

This morning arrival (Arrival Must Be Before 7/8am) at Haridwar & depart for Barkot, located on the foot of Yamunotri. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel/camp. Rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hiII) Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

DAY 02: BARKOT – YAMUNOTRI (45 KM: 2 HRS + 5 KM START TREK)

After breakfast/packed breakfast, depart at 5/6am for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janaki Chatti (5 km). Here you will begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri (5 Km trek). You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). The trek passes through lush green valley, a profusion of conifers, rhododendrons, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs.

Yamunotri (altitude 3,291 m), the western most shrine of the Char Dham’s, is dominated by Bander punch (6,361 m). Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna, the twin sister of Varna, the Lord of Death. Yamuna is also the daughter of Surya the Sun. The actual source of the river originates from Champasar Glacier 1 km a head of the shrine, at an altitude of 4,321 mts. On arrival by afternoon in Yamunotri take holy dip in Yamuna River and perform Pooja, and take the same route back to Barkot, check in at Hotel / Camp. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

DAY 03: Barkot/ Kharsali – Uttarkashi (3 hrs Journey) Drive 85 kms

After breakfast, check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check-in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams. In the evening, Visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

DAY 04:Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (3 hrs Journey one side)

Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin Visit the Gangotri Temple. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

DAY 05: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (7 to 8 hrs)

After early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive for Guptkashi. On arrival check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day free to explore the Guptkashi town. Dinner and Overnight stay in Guptkashi hotel / Camps.

DAY 06: Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

Drive: 3okm | Trek:20km

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From where you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). On arrival check-in at Govt. Camps/Lodges. Dinner and Overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges.

DAY 07: Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi/Rudraprayag

Trek : 20km

Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking a bath you are in the temple by 4:45 am for the Abhishek to Kedarnath Shiva. After Darshan and Puja, you come out of the temple and return to the Camps / Lodges. Later you will start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you will drive to your hotel (Guptkashi/Rudraprayag). Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi / Rudraprayag

DAY 08: Rudraprayag / Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath (8 to 9 hrs)

Drive:190/240km

This morning, you check out of the hotel at 08:00 am and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. After driving through some wonderful Ghat road you arrive at Badrinath. On arrival check into the hotel. After some rest and refreshments, you are all set to go to Badrinath Temple for Darshan in the evening. Later back to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel..

DAY 09: Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag/Birahi/Srinagar (5 to 6 hrs)

This morning, go for Badrinath Darshan. After Darshan returns back to the hotel, breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Badrinath local sightseeing, visit Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple. Afternoon drives back to Rudraprayag via Karanprayag. On arrival check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day free to explore the Rudraprayag town. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 10:Birahi/Srinagar/ Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar (5 to 6 hrs)

• Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels. The company is not responsible for any loss.
• As per the directive was given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents are Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License. All the documents must include a photograph.
• Hotel/camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
• For extra adults, many hotels provide extra mattresses also instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress
• It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have a certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
• Many small hotels/resorts do not have a lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
• Generally hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early check-in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in the cost. Kindly contact the hotel directly if you want complimentary early check-in or late checks out.
• Many hotels charge extra for room heater or wifi. The normal package does not include this, so in that case, these charges should be paid at hotels.
• If meals are included in the package, it will be served as a set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption.
• Hotels decide the menu and options of items for the menu. Some hotels having a Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills
• Goes above the given meal credit amount then the extra amount should be paid directly at the respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
• Due to any reason, if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems that will not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped the/parked vehicle.
• Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create a traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver are 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to the risk of life. Kindly cooperate in the same.
• Pick up and drop point will be one only (If the multiple pickups and drop please mentions an email conversation before booking).
• In case you want multiple visits to any particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
• Tour destination/route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be changed)
• The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5% than the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
• Discover Uttarakhand. Reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
• At many of the tourist destination/hill stations - some of the road/shopping market/mall road have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation, the guest has to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on a direct payment basis, this cost is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
• Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
• Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in the itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact the company. A refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform the company in advance or discuss these things with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, in the case of sometime issues with some particular place, we can adjust.
• No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
• No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government,
• Political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
• The Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour
